Reading through the ruling (as I am now interested, but had little knowledge of the whole situation before it doesn't sound like LKO had much of a legal grounding to stand on, that the ban had been signaled well before they invested any money and thus the future events were irreverent.
What I take from this: be careful listening to the crowd. I read the LKO thread pre-ruling for fun and was almost convinced they were about to win this case. Apply this to all share trading decisions!
