I thought I would start a new thread for this, as it holds some importance IMO. Someone mentioned on another thread that Bevan Tarratt, who owns 15,000,000 shares, "must have been buying from market in 2023 and 2024."

    Yes, and no!

The YES: He has been a heavy buyer over that time, and interestingly, both he and Nathan Lude bought their first shares on the same day in 2023, before they joined the board. For example here is the timeline that Bevan Tarratt bought:
    1,450,000 @ $87,000 on 12/08/23
    4,000,000 @ $180,000 on 07/09/23
    2,000,000 @ $66,000 on 05/03/24
    200,000 @ $5,500 on 02/04/24
    3,000,000 @ $90,000 on 06/06/24
    1,524,268 @ $34,180.58 on 24/06/24

The NO: That got me interested as to why two guys would become big buyers in a tiny penny spec stock!

Well, in addition to the above shares, if you go back to his first Substantial Holder Notice, you see this at the bottom:

Now, we know that LKY had completed the purchase of the Mojave project the day before from Enigma Strategic Minerals, on the 28/8/2023. The other partner in Enigma? Well none other than current Chairman/Director, Nathan Lude, who subsequently also went on an on-market buying spree via his private investment fund - Also prior to his joining the company.

So both were also the vendors of the Mojave Project to LKY. Is there any significance to this?

IMO it is hugely significant! It certainly changes the dynamics of my investment in LKY....
1] Both Lude & Tarratt would have a very good understanding of the project.
2] After unloading it to LKY, they didnt ride off into the sun with their
3] A third partner in Enigma, David Neesham, has also continued to buy. Now holding 6,150,000 shares
4] All the ex-partners also hold unlisted 10cent options to be converted by 30/03/26
5] They also own 10,000,000 performance rights, which will soon start to being hit.
6] All up, they own circa 35 million shares, which over the next 10 months will jump to 50 million

I honestly cant ever recall seeing this sort of ownership in a tiny minnow of a stock. Not just the level of ownership, but the constant buying by the two directors indicates a high level of confidence in the project.

There are heaps of crappy specs out there. Directors that constantly "milk" investors and shareholders by giving themselves millions of free rights and options. But not this lot ... They have just kept stumping up their own cash to load more.

    I am hugely impressed!
