Hi Jenx, I think LLA is a separately listed company, it seems that if the recapitilisation proposal goes to plan, Artic Capital will end up with the majority stake. Hopefully they will have the financial backing to move it foward. It has been languishing for a very long time under the former regime. The previous board obviously ran out of funds to pilfer!!!!
