They didn't say who they were, yet said they were calling on behalf of LLC, which I confirmed with them twice!

I don't think LLP could tell them how individual shareholders have voted, however my guess is that they can tell them the current vote in aggregate. Would be interesting to know this if there are any lawyers on the thread.

Let's hope that LLC start calling holders with less than say 50k shares, then this will be a clear sign that they are really getting worried. And they should be...the offer is pathetic...they know it...paying the NTA ascribes no value to the business, no value to the licences, no value to the ongoing development work, etc, etc.

They need to get real on this offer.
