they phoned me way back on the 12 Nov.
they phoned lu888 today thereabouts.

so they have spent 5 days canvassing.
it seems like they are going thru the entire share registry.

if they are going to increase the bid, they will only do it if they feel that the current offer will be voted down.

if they determine that, and opt to increase the bid, I would think they would need to do it at least 1 week before the AGM (if at all). Because they would need to allow enough time to notify the s/h that the bid has been increased, thereby allowing s/h enough time to change their votes or proxies.

so one might think that, if the bid has not been increased by end of November - then it ain't gunna happen!
