I think this is pretty much the bottom. A further price increase would create an unsustainable market. Supply would vanish and within 12 months a super cycle would form sending prices sky high.
2024 may be average due to weaker demand but I think demand will start picking up at a higher supply rate 2025 onwards IMO.
