I've updated the top 20 list to include several new entrants...

I've updated the top 20 list to include several new entrants that have come onto the register over the past ten months or so. There's some interesting characters among them and some heavy hitters. The list is from the 2023 Annual Report from last December and is the most recent top 20 list of shareholders.

Top 20 Shareholders December 2023

Youssa PtyLtd is the largest shareholder with 14 per cent of the stock. Youssa is thevendor of the Hidden Lake project at Yellowknife and their holding is part ofthe transaction costs to acquire the Hidden Lake project. Youssa is Melbournebased.

IkigaiStrategic Investments, Evan Leap Holdings and Hale Court Holdings are alllinked being Scotty’s vendors with a total combined holding of almost 15%. Sharesheld by Tobias Denniss are held indirectly through Ikigai Strategic Investments(4,105,000 Shares), Hale Court Holdings Pty Ltd (3,461,000 Shares) and EvansLeap Holdings Pty Ltd (610,603 Shares), who is not in the Top 20 list.

AutumnOriginal Capital is a new entry on the Top 20 list with 3.27% of the stock. Thecompany is headed by Mr Tianjiao Yang. Mr Yang is involved in equity markets inSingapore and Sydney and is an early-stage investor in mining companies in Chinaand Australia. Mr Yang lives in Melbourne.

BullseyeGeoservices is Michael Haynes the CEO and MD of New World Resources (NWC.AX).He holds around 3.5 per cent in a number of accounts. Along with his wife, heholds a further 1.2% in his super fund account.

Osisko BaieJames is a Canadian mining and project development company with a long history ingold mining and more recently has sought out lithium projects in the James Baydistrict. The Company is a new entrant in the Top 20 this year with 2.23 percent of the company. Osisko is based in Montreal Quebec.

DG ResourceManagement Ltd is Mr Jody Dahrouge with 1.5 per cent of the stock. Mr Dahrougeis the vendor for the Brisk and Trieste projects. He was also the vendor forPatriot’s Corvette project among several others in the James Bay region. DGResource Management is also Loyal’s geological partner in the exploration workat Trieste. Mr Dahrouge lives in Edmonton, Canada.

Avdo Tabakovic is a noted Sydney-basedart auctioneer with a chequered history in manufacturing and selling fakes. Heis also a top-20 holder of other lithium companies including Arizona Resources (AZL.AX).

Meesha Investments is Cameron Henry theMD of Primero Group (Perth based engineering and minerals processing company)and non-executive director of Green Technology Metals (GT1.AX). Cameron Henry also holds 4% of GT1 via Meesha Investments, 4% of GT1 via Primero Group where he sits on the board. The common link with GT1 and LLI is Adam Ritchie and the Chairman of GT1 John Young are both ex-PLS.

Yarrawindi Holdings is a privately held company based in Melbournethat invests in a variety of businesses including Xero and Flexigroup. Foundedin 1999 by Peter and Michael Rogers, who are the current managing directors.

Stelabel Pty Ltd is a Perth based private company. The company has been profitable for many years and has a strong trackrecord of growth. In 2022, the company's revenue was estimated to be aroundAUD$100 million. They provide labeling and packaging solutions for the food andbeverage, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries. The company was founded in 1995.

Mr Yaosheng Zhang is a Chinese billionaire (self-made from humblebeginnings) living in Melbourne. He is an identity in racing circles as theowner a several credentialed horses from his Yulong Farm stud at Nagambie, thebiggest thoroughbred stud in Victoria. He is a new entrant to the top 20 listwith 1.1 per cent of the stock.

Tim Powe is a Melbourne-based lithiuminvestor. He is also in the top-20 of other Quebec lithium explorers as well asPilbara play Sabre Resources (SBR.AX). Suzanne Gulikers is his wife and fellowSMSF trustee.

Jasforce is Alex Waislitz, billionaireChairman of Thorney Technologies (TEK.AX) with 1.0% of the company and downfrom 1.7% held last year. More famously he once married into the Pratt familybut is now divorced. He’s now more connected to one or more of the RealHousewives of Melbourne. He is also a director and vice president of theCollingwood Football Club. Funny stuff really.

Sailors ofSamui Pty Ltd is a Sydney based investment company.

Other undisclosed top 20 holders have over8M+ shares in various nominee accounts.
