Have been looking into this a bit more. The extra 500,000 shares was from when they created the LOI Oct 22.
In 23, Osisko and 03 Mining spun out assets into a company called Electric Elements Mining. EEM have this on their website, which I'm not sure why they would have a 25% free carried interest when LLI exercised an option for 100% ownership.
