LLL Demerger and Offer - Consolidated Thread, page-62

Hey all,

Stepping aside from the nuances of gaming the dates (which I'll not be playing myself)....

I've had a scan through the long form prospectus and either missed it or misinterpreted what I'm reading. Question is: if I've held my FFX shares for >12 months (which I have, aside from our last SPP), will the 1:1.14 LLL shares I receive under the offer be seen as being held since my original FFX purchase date, or will they be from the date I receive them?

Christ I hope it's the former, gives me a little flexibility - ideal, when 50% of my worth is locked in here!
