LLL Ownership Structure

To my understanding, LLL will be 40% FFX, 40% GNY, 20% Mali Gov.

Of the 40% FFX own, 20% will be retained by the company, and the other 20% will be distributed among FFX share holders at a yet to be determined cut off date.

If the above is an accurate representation, that means 20% of LLL will be distributed into 1,026,882,468 (+ another ~ 150 million) shares.

Have I got this right ?

At the inception of LLL, is it speculated that a SPP will be offered to LLL holders to raise additional capital ?
