No, LLL will be 80 to the FFX shareholders on recording date, 20 to FFX as a corporation holder;
it’s the JV that owns the golummina that will be split into 45:45:10 to LLL/GanFeng/Mail Govt (who gets an option to purchase another 10% at market value)
