llp phone canvassing

got a call from people employed by LLP canvassing whether I had docs, whether I was going to vote, and how i intended to vote.
he would not tell me if they were calling all s/h, nor what the response to date was.
I told them I would vote against the resolutions.

He reminded me that proxies need to be in by 4 Dec I think
