Agree on all counts. This is all part of the absurdity. I believe there is an ethical responsibility to the patients that is being violated with all of these - LLY, Juno and PBT2. Targets are wrong and its frustrating to watch all the money, time and patient and caregiver resources being spent over and over again on ineffective treatments. And just think about all the money to be spent on EPAD and the others monitoring the wrong targets.
Not one drug but PBT2 has shown the ability to affect cognition.
