LMB has a *binding* offtake agreement.
LMB has shown that it's graphite is suitable for batteries.
LMB has conducted a scoping study that shows it can produce 87 000 tonnes per year.
LMB has 15 years of reserves of large flake graphite.
LMB is subject to less sovereign risk than SYR
