I wonder if we're reading from the same script?

By 2024 40% has to be designated clean from one of the listed countries, so 60% could come from indonesia.
It then has to increase by 10% a year,
So 2025 it's 50% So 50% can be indonesian or any other country
2026 its 60% so 40% can be indonesian or any other country
2027, 70% so 30% can be indonesian or any other country
2028, 80% so 20% can be Indonesia or any other country

and 2029, 100% and 0% from Indonesia. or any other country

The 10% a year increase until it reaches 80% in 2026, I think is a typo and should read 2028. As that works out as Ive written above.
