Put in a SPP order via my super fund. Now NIC is going to refund and require us to register with ComputerShare.
When I was trying to register with computer share, I was asked for SRN/HIN number. Then I called my super and they did not know my SRN/HIN number, and said will try to find out for me.
So my question: Do I need to register with ComputerShare to provide BPay information? Or the refund can automatically transfer to my super account?
very much appreciated for any help. never had this situation before.
