Of course we don’t have all of the information yet. Yes there could be further bad news, just as there could be no impact on NIC at all.
As investors we must evaluate risk/reward and invest accordingly. Each must research the information at hand, evaluate the risks, and come to our own investment decisions. I’ve taken a decent holding in NIC in the last few days, but it’s still less than 5% of my overall holdings and I’m managing the downside risk if I’m wrong. I’m not sticking my head in the sand, but neither am I jumping at shadows or spreading unsubstantiated information as you are doing.
