    LME stocks up slightly higher again last night.

    I don't think we should be too scared about this.

    All it means is that the Chinese are drawing down on the excess stock they have about in the last 10 months. Stock levels went from 500k to 300k now. This was more due to the Chinese stocking up then actual consumption so it would only be natural to the current stock to increase slightly in the medium term. If we can hold the current 300k level for the next few months I think we will be looking very pretty for 2010!
