I built the chart based on the info in the video. watch the 7:04 mark. They must have a process model because usually things are smooth lines, but if the process (for example) has different energy demands or losses as it scales units, then they could bend, but never wiggle. The simple case of a 100,000 tpa plant consisting of 233 x 3,000 tpa units would obviously be linear in costs.
Four large blue boxes. This has to be the latest data. Yes, worries me also and certainly NOT a confident speaker at all.
I did post my firm view against EPCM, calling it Every Problem Costs Money. The owner gets stiffed for everything there needs to be hawk eyes..and he made a point about competent experienced team oversighting the EPCM.
