First the rash statement on the capital increase of 19.10.2021, then the confusion regarding the "initial plant":
The demonstration plant will initially produce 1,000 tpa and then be expanded to 3,000 tpa of magnesium

LMG is commissioning a 3,000 tpa plant to produce magnesium from fly ash and ferronickel slag using its Hydromet technology.
Following successful commissioning, LMG will expand the Latrobe Valley project to 40,000 tonnes per annum.

The board of Latrobe Magnesium Limited (ASX:LMG) has taken the decision to investigate expanding the size of the initial demonstration plant to 10,000 tpa. LMG has discussed funding the capital costs for the expanded 10,000 tpa plant and believes it will secure the estimated $75 million cost by funding the offtake project.

The funds raised will be sufficient to build the first 1,000 tpa magnesium plant in the Latrobe Valley and expand it to 10,000 tpa in 2023.

Does the phased plan now look like this:
    1. first plant =1,000tpa
    2. expansion to 10,000tpa in 2023 (skipping the 3,000tpa stage)
    3. expansion or new construction of a 40,000tpa plant

Are the plants scalable in terms of the planned expansion?
What net revenues are expected for the individual construction stages?

Imo the management should present the financing including the 10,000tpa plant and the time schedule as soon as possible.
Then the share price would regain grip imo and the recent setback should soon be history.
