Thanks Nick, although I think my post was long enough for for a HC comment without drilling down further into those details. I find with spec companies that you can get too close to the ones you own and really study and start forming views on management skill and the like. But unless you are on the inside you never can be really sure. The focus area for me therefore always starts with the bigger picture corporate strategy which is what my comment above was about. I'll track YOJ against that outlook as they progress.
