The thing I'm impressed with at the moment is that Yojee appears to be doing the ground work in Asia. Like Ed said in one of his interviews, he likes to reach a milestone and consolidate his position. What I'm reading into this is - they have updated their tech so that the logistics platform is running well and like he also said, they are out on the ground talking to potential users of the Yogee platform. If Yojee can manage to get to truck drivers, van owners or any last mile couriers before others do, they may gain the advantage of having a large part of that workforce on-side before other tech companies become established. I don't know if this is happening for sure, but it does seems like it.
If I know the general workforce like I think I do, then few of them would want to learn one technology only to ditch it for a later version soon after. Besides, who's got the time with all these deliveries going on? Word spreads quickly and if Yojee have already converted local couriers, they would have an awful lot of bargaining power with the bigger operators. This is what I hope is happening, along with the fact that UPS and DB Schenker are taking notice.
I look forward to the next quarterly. Sales and income will paint a better picture.
