So long as people are comfortable with a $50M market cap for the company in it's current form, then LMLND is a good buy at current levels as I calculate it to be worth 3 - 3.5 cents post merge based on the curtrent trading prices of both LML / LMLND.

And I like the Graphite thematic - which is why I was interested in this stock.

You mention RNU - which I hold. It's obviously well advanced towards offtake and production and can't compare the two.

I also hold another dual commodity explorer (Lithium and graphite). Their graphite deposit is about 6 million tonnes at 16% (Burke deposit) and their Lithium tenements are on very good ground. They are valued at about $80million Market Cap - which is why I can't get much past about $30M for LML currently.

However stocks do funny things all the time and trade over or under what seems reasonable all the time.

LML may well have some huge hits in their drilling campaign leading to a re-rating.

10 cents was a bit crazy, but 5 cents may hold for a while on LML.

If you are a believer and planning to hold long term regardless, then selling LML to buy LMLND seems like a no brainer - even though you will be locked up for a month or several months.

The world needs good graphite mines so I wish holders luck and hopefully this is a junior that can make it all the way!!. It's a tough gig to go from explorer to producer but I have been lucky enough (not really luck!!) to have a few do just that in recent years - and it is very rewarding if you find one and get in on the ground floor

I will watch this one for fun.
