Not correct. You are over complicating it. They are identical securities trading under two different tickers (LML and LMLND). I called Sam the CEO to confirm this. He said it's an unusual situation which he's never come across in his entire time being involved in investing/listed companies, but it's definitely the case. Once the QGL bid is withdrawn or expired all securities will trade under LML. Its as simple as that.
