it’ll go something like this: MC at a certain point of time divided by total number of shares on issue = new SP.
Depending on the SP/MC of LML/LMLND at the time of the announcement, we’ll either see a flurry of buying or selling of either ticket.
Right now buying LMLND makes much more sense.
