LMLND shares will not be worth nothing. They will just become LML shares as stated.
Once the QGL bid is resolved (completed, lapsed or withdrawn) then LMLND shares will become part of LML’s main class of ordinary shares and there will be only one class of ordinary shares.
There is no chance the $4.6 mil worth of LMlND shares can be worth nothing if they merge them all to LML shares.
