@invest - You are right, you could make a lot of money after the holding period if you got issued those director shares. But you will have to wait for them to be released from escrow after 12 months (1 February 2023 - 1 February 2024) of course from the date of issue just like Sam.
Investors like director shares being in escrow as it puts pressure on to get things done which in-turn brings shareholder confidence in the Company to execute the plan in a timely manner for directors to be rewarded for a job well done.
