Don't forget SLR will end up with 19.9% from the issue of cnotes. A nice blocking stake to any resurrection plans currently being hatched by dissident PRH holders

Knock back the sale agreement, and PRH will get run further into the ground. In this case, SLR could end up getting everything from the liquidator even cheaper than the generous agreement already signed

Time to remove the chips from your shoulder. PRH are clearly acting in the best interests of their shareholders. What would you prefer: SLR shares or a worthless CHESS holding statement?
