You are spot on about the three year figures, but did you notice the one year returns.
NDQ - 27.09%.
LNAS - 66.99%
Would you have not beaten that with a 75% LVR into NDQ?
If LNAS can almost break even at the best of times but underperform most of the time, why LNAS?
Obviously performance is very dependent on timing with this one
