It's NOT about what PB will consider It's about what the companies B/S will support.

You guys think it's all about PB well it used to be however, you may have noticed that after many continious let downs thinks have actually changed.

Market makers are not asleep they have sold LNC down from a high of $3.30 to $48 cents LNC now sits at 65 cents.

You only have to look at FMG where twiggy does not want to have a CR howver, he may just get away with it by selling his railway. LNC is no loger in that position...Teresa is no longer for sale.
LNC choices are balance sheet driven and ......I don't know if you've noticed it's full of RED ink.

Massive borrowings $300 M debt against a market cap of $350 million! And a massive cash burn each quarter do not look like pretty reading to me Guys
