There is a lot of warranted excitement on this thread but a few things to consider:
1) Whatever price is obtained, factor in the tax man. So tax should be approximately:
(sales price minus - unused tax loss $100Million) * 30%
2) The money is not likely to be received immediately. The previous (failed) deal to sell Emerald to Xinwen had a payment schedule over 7 months.
3) Whatever funds will be recieved will be invested back into the company to get at least 1-2 projects going. Paying a special dividend would be foolish. I personally don't want to see another capital raising ever again!
