if they can sell for 1.5b cash backed SP would be $3.2(remember it is just the cash backed share price and does not inlude ANYTHING ELSE.
if sell for $1b cash backed SP would be $2.13. i personally think peter wont let them go for 1b ONLY otherwise i suspect he could have sold them long time ago.
if Peter is going to stick with his 1.5 total value i would say 2.7 is way to conservative
