    Why on earth would LNC waste money on buying something that they could otherwise have paid for as needed via consulting fees? Aren't they lumbered with this aging dinosaur forever now?

    Why on earth havent we heard anything about the progress of the Chinchilla trial burn using the Russian technology ... is it possibly misfiring?

    The market seems underwhelmed too.
