I find it more than a little difficult to believe that an official of the company would just hand out market sensitive information, such as that, to a complete stranger over the phone...in fact I don't believe it at all.

If the contracts for sale had indeed been signed and it was only a case of waiting for government approvals, then, like 99% of companies in that situation do, they would have announced it to the market, and particularly when there has been such a dramatic slide in the shareprice.

It think it wise to disegard such commentaries found on this website, on this stock and others....believe it when it is announced officially via the ASX...or call the company direct...see if you've given the same information.
