yes anyone claiming to have rung the company direct with such information should be treated with a very very great deal of caution especially if they are only new members, even then they have to be careful what they tell anyone ( any company) and what if u know anything u can do which is nothing u cant trade inside information and u cant inform anyone else who can trade it.

Thats why continious disclosure by companies is so important
