    MEE has an advantage on the rest IMO. MEE - Liquid fuel plant size economics are driven by Oxygen costs, which will be cheaper than the conventional method and the CO2 removal will be bigger.

    Development plan in 08 onwards (MEE):

    Demonstration of oxygen-blown UCG at pilot scale (60-
    100MW thermal) / w CO2 removal $20M
    • Installation of Power generation +$30M or Mini (2000 bbl/d)
    Liquids plant $100M
    • Small Commercial Liquids Plant 10,000 bbl/d $500M
