    Jan 28 2014 JP Morgan valued LNC energy at $1.44 per share.

    As I refer to the valuation on page 24 JP Morgan valued the Carmichael Royalty at $250M
    I note that PB divested this often talked up royalty for a mere $145 M this is short of the valuation by some $100 M
    or 18 cents per share market Cap.The eternal optimist PB reckons he can turn this cash into $1 Billlion. What do you guys think?
