    I absolutely cannot see the T5 handing over their shares for this low ball offer!

    One thing the Chinese are good at is driving a hard bargain...
    Come in at the lowest possible offer and work from there.

    It will be interesting if this starts a bidding war. Especially with those happy to keep the tech in the hands of friendly neighbours
