You must lead a very stressful life, in one day then out the next.

I guess you are hoping it doesn't keep going up now that you have sold out but that's the problem with trading as opposed to investing I suppose.

IMO the only way to make any decent returns with shares is to maintain a long term investment horizon, sure some people make money trading in & out but too stressful in my opinion. If you can ride the ups & downs with a solid foundation of why you invested in the first place then I think you give yourself every chance of making some decent $ without the associated stress of buying/selling based on daily market gyrations.
