I said it last week, and I noticed it since 2.08, this wreaks of institutional accumulation building a large position. The buying patterns are very similar to previous rises. I have suspicions that they may have been accumulating for a few weeks in the low 2's, the buy and sell sides were very balanced for a few weeks there
