For someone to buy. There must be someone to sell. You will always get buyers when the charts are saying it will fall. Equally you will always get sellers when the charts are saying it will rise. The charts are they key and not how many shares are being bought or sold at particular levels. Next level is $2.80. If it reaches that and breaks that level. Then next level is $2.30.
