If it has done it 10 times then that makes it a lot lower risk than if it had only happened twice.
You would feel a lot more comfortable. A lower risk.
The more times it bounces, the strong that support level becomes. Same with resistance - the more times it hits resistance then the harder it is to break through. But once it breaks through then that level becomes a strong support area.
