What kind of annual % return do you think a trader(whose skills are in the top 10% or so) can average over the course of several years? I've read quite a bit lately about how the vast majority of traders and investors struggle to beat the S&P 500 over the long haul. Is it possible, without a doubt, that a talented trader(but not a complete anomaly) can destroy the market average year after year?
