    Simple solution, don't day trade!
    Buy with a goal in mind, I started trading with a 15% limit. If I made 15% I would sell and vice versa. Starting out it's easy to buy high and sell low, but have a plan/goal and then stick to it. That's just how I started off, by the sounds of it, you're in a similar boat. Hope this helps

    Now though I'm sticking with LNG, same as I have for the previous 2 years.
