We are considering a new parcel at these prices . Half our stake was stopped out at 69 the other half is in the red. I've spent so much time discussing this stock with a debating group and the school of thought is it is extremely difficult and incredibly costly and time consuming working through red tape etc to develop a company that specializes in gas terminals like LNGs which are competitive and environmentally friendly, LNG have already carried most of the hard yards and even their Bear Head has most of the red tape completed. Obviously now gas supply and logistics are been met but in a couple of years there appears to be a plateau of available terminals to face the increase in gas usage which will eventuate soon after, a terminal can't just pop up in a matter of months or years , all the approval process has to be carried out , very few are excercising much interest now and the prediction is of tightning gas supply because of terminals. There's already a heap of investors who have burnt their money in developing LNG , whether it works out now for new entrants or not there is no argument we can purchase a stake at an incredible discount.
As for the poster commenting on a vocal AGM well there are plenty of companies experiencing that at the moment. One only has to attend some of the smallcap commodity company meetings ,they certainly exhibit a different tone from 5 years ago
