yes Wednesday was the last day in which the Directors and big s/h of PES had to accept the BG offer, unless a superior offer was made.
i have no idea if the drop-dead time is at open of business Wed, or close of business Wed.

But I suspect that if AOE don't come back with an offer tomorrow, then its good night Arrow.
Those directors of PES and Big s/h must accept the BG offer within 7 days.
so if no new offer, then those s/h take BG money, and AOE has no chance.
