Without FID they might need to delay the IPO though in order to get a higher valuation. As SP has been saying, it only makes sense to IPO to fund BH if we have a good enough valuation to justify that. Otherwise we may as well get the best deal we can from someone like Stonepeak and not dilute shareholders. It's all a balancing act though and we won't really know wha the plan is until it comes time to enact it. The point is that they should be assessing all options; which they have shown that they are.
