Shell with their Arrow resource are getting cold feet. PC maybe getting po'd and looking for their own reliable supply.
If you noticed in LNG's last quarterly report, LNG announced they
"..during the quarter the company identified a specific opportunity and will advise shareholders of material progress..."
Maybe there is still a chance for Arrows gas to go through LNG's terminals.
