This is true. Perhaps it is Baupost and Valinor driving the price down while the build a big enough position at these price levels so as to average down? Someone had mentioned previously that they had heard both investors had managed to bring their average price down beneath $2 and why wouldn't they!

They're obviously committed to the long game however if they get their average price down low enough and GV continues to struggle to secure BTA, then I'm sure they'd settle for a takeover offer.
