I have trust issues with management due to many over optimistic pronouncements which have failed to eventuate.

For this reason I am worried that assurances about options for further sources of cash may fall into the same category.

I think even if they sold Bear Head today they would struggle to survive the settlement period. And BH is not a piece of real estate like an appartment that will easily sell after a quick campaign because it has European Appliances!!
